Job Overview
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, and brand awareness through strategic sales initiatives, business development, and marketing programs. The role focuses on strengthening Aruga Apartments market presence, building key partnerships, and generating new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and long-stay segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, embassies, relocation companies, and travel partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, site inspections, and contract negotiations.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing on digital marketing, social media, and brand initiatives.
- Support partnerships, events, and PR activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales and marketing performance reports and provide recommendations for growth.
- Track key performance indicators including occupancy, room revenue, account production, and lead conversion.
- Lead and support sales and marketing initiatives while promoting a culture of service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing.
- Experience in luxury hotels or serviced residences is preferred.
