Education
Graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses
Experience
5 years as Sales Manager
Certification or Licenses/
Master or Doctorate Degree an Advantage
Other Qualifications
- Proven experience in the field of Sales specifically of Food Packaging Products
- Experience in handling/dealing with government related sales/transactions an Advantage
- Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing
- Ability to stay calm while working under pressure
- Orientation: Mentor/Coach, Detailed, Flexible, Pro Active, Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time
- Skills: Excellent in the following – Leadership, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical, Report Writing, Mathematical and Communication, Technical Marketing
- Solid judgement along with decision making skills
- Knowledgeable with team building techniques
- Proven experience in customer, market research, and developing marketing/sales strategies
- Meets or exceeds test requirements as established by the General Manager/ Managing Director
- Have a working knowledge of operations including an automated workflow system for both digital and press production
- Familiar with ISO Documentation and Processes
