Job Description

Position: Management Trainee (Sales & Business Operations)

Location: General Trias City, Cavite

Employment Type: Full-Time and Onsite

About the Opportunity

SH Group is looking for a highly driven professional who has demonstrated success in sales and is ready to take the next step toward leadership and business management.

Unlike traditional management trainee programs designed for fresh graduates, this role is intended for individuals who have already gained experience in sales, customer acquisition, business development, account management, or eCommerce and want to develop broader business management skills.

As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to different areas of the business, including sales operations, marketing, customer experience, process improvement, people management, and business development. You will work directly with leaders, participate in strategic projects, and receive hands-on training to prepare you for future leadership opportunities within the organization.

Mission of the Role

The Management Trainee is responsible for supporting key business initiatives, improving operational performance, and driving sales growth while developing the leadership capabilities needed to take on larger responsibilities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Support initiatives that contribute to customer acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in implementing strategies that increase business growth.

2. Business Operations

  • Learn and support core business processes across different departments.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in projects that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

3. Performance Analysis

  • Analyze business and sales performance data.
  • Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for management.
  • Track progress against goals and key performance indicators.

4. Leadership Development

  • Participate in leadership training, coaching sessions, and management classes.
  • Lead assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with different teams to achieve organizational objectives.

5. Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement

  • Identify business challenges and recommend practical solutions.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Contribute ideas that improve company performance and profitability.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate should be able to:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's business model and operations.
  • Independently manage assigned projects and responsibilities.
  • Contribute ideas that improve business performance or operational efficiency.
  • Build productive working relationships across departments.
  • Consistently achieve assigned performance targets and deliverables.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or any related course.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, customer acquisition, telesales, retail sales, or eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets or business-related goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in General Trias City, Cavite.

Preferred

  • Experience leading projects, initiatives, or teams.
  • Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online selling.
  • Exposure to business operations, process improvement, or performance management.
