Job Description

Identify and generate potential leads through online research, social media, referrals, and other lead generation channels.

Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and key decision-makers.

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities to qualify leads.

Schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales Team.

Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate business opportunities.

Research target industries, companies, and market trends.

Update and maintain CRM systems and lead tracking reports.

Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding qualified leads and opportunities.

Prepare lead generation and sales activity reports.

Assist in achieving company sales and marketing objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or any related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related role.

Experience in an ICT, IT Solutions, Technology, or B2B environment is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and lead generation tools is preferred.

Strong research, organizational, and data management skills.

Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with Enterprise, SMB, and Government accounts

Knowledge of ICT products, networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and enterprise technologies.

Background in inside sales, appointment setting, or B2B lead generation.

Preferably with a certification for Marketing AI Tools.
