We are looking for an energetic and proactive Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team on-site in Makati.

In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to live event production, event marketing, and agency operations while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced creative environment. You will support daily sales and marketing activities, assist with event outreach and sponsor/client proposals, coordinate promotional campaigns, and contribute fresh ideas to boost event attendance and brand presence.

• Event & Sales Support: Assist with lead identification, client and sponsor outreach, preparing sales pitch decks/presentations, and tracking sales pipelines for upcoming events.
• Campaign & Channel Coordination: Help coordinate event promotional campaigns across social media, influencer partnerships, and physical advertising channels.
• Client & Attendee Interaction: Participate in client and partner communications, respond to inquiries, gather attendee feedback, and assist in nurturing client relationships.
• Reporting & Administration: Maintain and update internal reporting systems, databases, vendor records, and event schedules.
• Team Collaboration & On-Site Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support internal event planning initiatives and contribute ideas for brand activations and engagement.

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with clients, sponsors, vendors, and team members.
• Customer Service & Sales Aptitude: Natural interpersonal skills with an interest in client relations, sponsor outreach, and sales processes.
• Marketing & Event Familiarity: Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, event promotion, and social media platforms (familiarity with content creation is a plus).
• Work Arrangement: Willing and able to work on-site in Makati City (with flexibility during event execution days).
