Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

Promoting and driving sales of Cotecnas services
Supporting the Business Development Manager in carrying out the daily tasks to keep the department functioning and coordinate marketing communications
Inter-departmental communication, travel arrangements for marketing efforts, scheduling conferences or meetings
Gathering, organizing and summarizing information, graphs and presentations
Supporting sales presentations with quotations, proposals and marketing materials
Developing opportunities for E-Marketing and other forms of sales advertising and marketing
Updating existing online platforms for sales and marketing promotions
Tracking nominations and proposal submissions
Maintaining marketing library and client database
Marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
Marketing meetings and client call meetings as required or as necessary
Other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time
