Job Description

Sales Marketing Support

  • Determines the suitable material for the country (Support)
  • Purchase Info-record and Source List creation
  • Leads time and MRP Controller maintenance
  • Sales MOQ maintenance
  • Picks the material in (Country) local system
  • K25C Check
  • Follow-up material maintenance
  • Price maintenance
  • Transfers price application and maintenance (Import and Export materials)
  • Blocks and unblock sof material
  • Promotion Manager in IPT
  • Deal Manager in IPT
  • Process manager user
  • Autopicking user
  • Reporting and Analysis: Support the team leader to prepare reports and analysis related to tickets (e.g. categories trend) that impacts the performance of Level 1
  • Provides initiate and participate with service optimization through continues improvement process activities

Detective Control

  • Conducts monthly Detective Control by checking whether manual entries or upload of pricing conditions are correct, justified and approved
  • Prevents further risks in Cash-out risk, incorrect prices in orders and invoices by providing summary and remediation to related departments.
  • Coordinates internal control audit results with the respective department managers
  • Supports in Access and Identity Management

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience with detective control
  • Automative experience is an advantage
  • Familiarity with SAP & CRM (e.g. CRM or C4C) ticketing system
  • Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Application skills (incl. but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Knowledge with risk mitigation/auditing
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to find solutions
  • Previous experience and proficiency working in the industry is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees and foster team environment
  • Empathy and patience to understand the learning adaptability cross functionally
  • Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles and preferences
  • Ability to analyze data and make improvements to training programs as needed
  • Amenable to work onsite
