WE'RE HIRING: SALES AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Full-Time | Recursive Loop Inc.

Recursive Loop is looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Associate to help grow our technology services business, build client relationships, and turn business needs into opportunities.

We help businesses manage their cloud infrastructure, improve IT operations, automate workflows, and implement business applications. Our services include cloud infrastructure management, DevOps, monitoring, dashboards, automation, Zoho implementation, and IT support.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will support the full sales and marketing process—from finding potential clients and promoting our services to coordinating proposals, following up on opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our technical team to recommend solutions that fit each client's needs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, outreach, and industry events.

• Research potential clients, understand their needs, and identify relevant Recursive Loop services.

• Present our services clearly, arrange discovery meetings and demonstrations, and help move opportunities toward signed contracts.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations with the technical team and management.

• Plan and execute marketing activities across social media, email, and other relevant channels.

• Create and maintain marketing materials, service descriptions, company presentations, and client success stories with internal input and approval.

• Coordinate with existing and prospective clients on inquiries, requirements, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.

• Support a smooth handover from sales to service delivery, making sure client requirements and agreed commitments are documented.

• Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and follow-up schedules in our CRM.

• Identify opportunities for renewals, additional services, and stronger client relationships.

• Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve our offerings.

• Help develop and validate new service ideas, packages, and partnerships with the technical team, including assessing demand, pricing, and delivery feasibility.

• Track sales and marketing results and recommend practical improvements.

• Coordinate with finance on client billing questions and payment follow-ups when needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account management; experience with B2B or technology services is an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to understand client needs and explain services in clear, practical language.

• Confidence in reaching out to prospects and managing multiple opportunities.

• Familiarity with social media marketing, email outreach, presentations, and CRM tools.

• Good organization, attention to detail, and accountability for agreed targets.

• A willingness to learn about cloud services, automation, business applications, and IT operations.

• Initiative to suggest ideas while working collaboratively with technical and management teams.

You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be curious about technology and comfortable learning how our services solve business problems.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You will help Recursive Loop generate qualified leads, win new clients, maintain consistent follow-ups, strengthen existing accounts, and improve the effectiveness of our marketing. Performance will be measured against agreed sales, pipeline, client relationship, and marketing objectives.
