QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- With at least 3 years of proven of experience in real estate marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
- Must have an excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Tech Savvy.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrate a general knowledge of real estate practices and principles.
- Fast learner can work under pressure and is result-oriented.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct a Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) to agents and brokers.
- Coordinate with the sellers to achieve the company's objectives.
- Entertain walk-ins, mobile, and online inquiries.
- Plan and organize sales and marketing activities/events.
- Conduct sales pitch presentation and negotiation with clients.
- Participate in developing a sales strategy by helping create the most effective promos and incentives to achieve sales target.
- Create and maintain client databases to help generate leads. Generate various sales reports in a timely manner.
- Grow sales by supporting and creating a network of external partners. Lead marketing activities related to the Broker's Appreciation Program.
- Achieved internal and external sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual.
- Strategize and collaborate with management to create and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with the buyers and sellers.
- Social Media Management and content creation including creation of ad campaigns.
- Perform additional duties as needed by the business.
- Support and empower the team to create an ideal working environment other within the team.
- Help the Account's Management Team pre-qualify buyers upon booking.
- Participate in Holdco endeavors by helping coordinate corporate events.
- Contribute to building global best practices to project level.
