Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Associate based in Cebu, with the flexibility to work remotely on some occasions. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting travel services, managing marketing strategies, and contributing to sales initiatives. The Associate will also collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service, offer support during client onboarding, and meet sales targets while enhancing brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve objectives
• Ability to provide Training and support for team members and clients to ensure product or service understanding
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in relevant digital tools and platforms is an advantage
