As a
Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing team by managing customer information, coordinating appointments, maintaining the company's online presence, and assisting with business development initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leaders to ensure marketing activities, client engagement, and administrative processes run smoothly while helping strengthen the company's brand.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team as required
- Update website content, including company news and project highlights
- Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
- Create and distribute monthly internal newsletters
- Maintain and update accurate client and prospect records in the CRM system
- Build and manage contact databases for business development activities
- Draft professional email communications to prospective clients and assist in securing meetings
- Coordinate calendars and appointments for senior team members
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to prospective clients and send meeting reminders
- Assist in preparing presentations, sales collateral, and training materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales support, marketing, or administrative role
- Experience using CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using Canva or similar graphic design tools
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling platforms
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must be willing to work on AU shift (7AM to 3PM MNL).
- Must have a stable internet connection for a work-from-home arrangement. The designated work area must be in a private room, separate from shared spaces used by other household members.
