Job Objective
Responsible for creating partners (clients) and building customer relationship. Do sales and marketing activities, prospecting, client visitations and other related tasks.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Identifies and prospects B2B customers (restaurants, stores, meat shops, etc) within the assigned area.
- Presents and promotes company products to prospective clients (visit, calls on on-online prospects).
- Takes orders and monitors on time delivery.
- Establish, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationship.
- Address customers complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Do collection activities and 100% remittance of the same.
- Communicates important feedback from customers.
- Ensure targets are met and report any deviations.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements And Qualifications
- Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
- Kind, reliable, approachable, hardworking and with initiative.
- With 3-year experience as sales agent or any sales in wet market is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- A team player and with high level of dedication.
- Can work independently and hit targets.
- Can work even during holidays and nigh shift.
- Has smartphone & knows basic MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- 3 years living in the present address, own the place is an advantage.
