About the role: We are looking for a Senior Analyst - Sales and Market that supports the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by performing data gathering, manipulation, analysis, and reporting. This role provides actionable insights to Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams and drives continuous improvement.
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x a week RTO in Quezon City)
Work Shift: Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate, clean, and summarize data from multiple sources using Excel, macros, and database tools
- Create charts, summaries, and trend analyses to support decision-making
- Participate in forecast review and pre-SOP demand meetings; present insights and gaps to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process and reporting improvements
Qualifications:
- Has a Bachelor's degree
- Has 35 years experience in S&OP data gathering, manipulation, and analysis
- Proficient in Excel and other data tools
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of forecasting, sales trends, and demand planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in process improvement is a plus
