This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Leasing Coordinator based in Metro Manila. The Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating property sales and leasing transactions, managing client relationships, and providing support to the sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities include assisting with property showings, maintaining accurate records, preparing contracts and documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and stakeholders. The role also involves market research and property listing management to drive sales and leasing opportunities.

• Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to build client relationships and close deals
• Knowledge of real estate sales processes, leasing, and property management
• Marketing skills with a focus on promoting properties and managing listings
• Organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping and document preparation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling client interactions and team coordination
• Familiarity with the Metro Manila real estate market is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant digital tools or property management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
