Job Description

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Proficient in computer and digital tools.
  • Proven sales experience, especially in product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Knowledge of the creative/entertainment industry (2D/3D animation or trading cards preferred).
  • Strong client relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales & Strategy

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Identify new markets and customer segments.

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the main contact for inquiries and negotiations.

Product Launch & Go-to-Market

  • Lead and coordinate product launches.
  • Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing and internal teams.

Sales Operations

  • Manage CRM, pipeline, and sales processes to meet targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance for improvement.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
  • Provide sales forecasts, performance reports, and KPI updates.
