  • Manages the Retail Customer Progress Partner in the Cebu Branch Office.
  • Manages the development of marketing programs for the assigned market segment.
  • Ensures the implementation and necessary follow-up of action plans.
  • Recommends methodologies and develops solution pricing strategies.
  • Monitors and analyzes market competition.
  • Provides leadership and technical guidance to professional employees and is accountable for their performance and results as a team.
  • Responsible for key people management decisions, including:
  • Hiring and termination
  • Performance evaluations
  • Pay reviews
  • Achieves sales and switch targets.
  • Establishes networks and builds strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Graduate of a business-related or Electrical Engineering course
  • At least 7 years of related work experience in Sales and Account Management
