About The Role
The
Sales and Development Manager - Trade Finance is responsible for driving the growth of Trade Finance, Supply Chain, and Cash Management Services by supporting client acquisition, business development, sales execution, and portfolio expansion. The role works closely with Relationship Managers, product partners, operations, and external stakeholders to deliver tailored client solutions, manage implementation, and achieve revenue, CASA, and usage growth targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
- Drive business growth by identifying client opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and supporting Trade Finance, Supply Chain, and Cash Management sales initiatives.
- Partner with Relationship Managers and business units to develop client solutions, prepare proposals, support pricing discussions, and convert opportunities into active deals.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, service delivery, and resolution of client concerns.
- Monitor portfolio performance, revenue generation, CASA growth, transaction activity, and client usage to identify expansion opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and partner engagement activities to strengthen business development efforts and support strategic growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Supply Chain Finance, Corporate Banking, or a related financial services role.
- Strong sales, relationship management, and business development skills with the ability to identify and grow client opportunities.
- Knowledge of trade finance products, transaction banking solutions, pricing, onboarding, and implementation processes.
- Strong analytical, project coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities across multiple business functions.
- Solid understanding of banking regulations, risk management, compliance requirements, and governance standards.
