Job Description

JOB PURPOSE/ SUMMARY

The Sales and Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into clients for Link Business professional services.

This role focuses on promoting and selling Human Resources Services, Accounting Services, Legal and Regulatory Compliance Services, Payment Solutions, and other business solutions and services that the company may introduce in the future.

The position contributes to the company's growth by building strong client relationships and successfully closing new business partnerships.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels.

2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients including startups, SMEs, and corporate organizations.

3. Present and promote Link Business service offerings including but not limited to:

  • Human Resources Services
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping Services
  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance Services
  • Payment Solutions
  • Other business solutions and services introduced by the company.

4. Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their operational and compliance requirements.

5. Prepare customized proposals and service packages based on client needs.

6. Negotiate service agreements and close sales deals.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling services.

8. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

9. Maintain and update client information, leads, and sales activities in the company CRM or sales database.

10. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

11. Support the promotion and launch of new business services introduced by the company.

12. Perform other duties related to sales and business development as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or services/solutions selling.

Experience in selling professional services, consulting services, financial services, compliance services, or payment solutions is an advantage.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales tracking systems.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

OBJECTIVES AND KEY RESULT RESULTS (OKRs)

Objective 1:Generate new business opportunities and expand Link Business's client base.

KRA 1: Generate at least 20 qualified leads per month.

KRA 2: Conduct 10-15 prospect meetings or consultations per month.

KRA 3: Convert at least 1525% of qualified leads into paying clients.

KRA 4: Acquire at least 4-6 new clients per quarter.

Objective 2:Achieve assigned revenue and sales performance targets.

KRA 1: Achieve 100% of the monthly sales quota.

KRA 2: Maintain a sales pipeline equivalent to at least 3x the monthly sales target.

KRA 3: Submit 8-10 sales proposals per month.

Objective 3:Strengthen client relationships and maximize client value.

KRA 1: Maintain at least 90% client retention rate.

KRA 2: Generate at least 2 upselling or bundled service opportunities per quarter.

KRA 3: Ensure 100% successful onboarding of newly acquired clients.
