Job Description

Drive sales growth and market penetration across the Visayas territory.
Manage and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.
Promote a portfolio of diagnostic equipment products and solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and user training sessions.
Provide application and technical support to customers throughout the sales process.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and regular performance updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Achieve territory sales targets and key performance indicators.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in diagnostic equipment, medical devices, or a related healthcare portfolio.
Strong sales and business development background within the healthcare industry.
Experience managing customer accounts and conducting field-based sales activities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
Based in Cebu or willing to cover the Visayas territory extensively.
Candidates from established multinational healthcare or medical device organisations are highly preferred.
