Job Description

Sales Analytics Specialist

We are looking for an analytical and detail oriented professional to oversee business reporting, performance analysis, and operational insights that support strategic decision making. This role works closely with cross functional teams to ensure data accuracy, improve reporting processes, and provide meaningful business recommendations that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation, validation, and analysis of business performance reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align reporting requirements and business objectives.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and process improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports.
  • Supervise a team member responsible for business reporting and analytics.
  • Present insights and recommendations to management to support decision making.
  • Maintain documentation and standardization of reporting processes.
  • Support business initiatives through data driven analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring team members is an advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and other business reporting platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
