About the role: A highly organised and analytical professional responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing an Excel-based CRM system to support sales development operations and lead management. This role ensures data accuracy, operational efficiency, and performance visibility across the sales development function.
What Youu0027ll Do:- CRM Design & Maintenance: Build and scale a custom Excel-based CRM (utilising Macros and Power BI), ensuring stability, usability, and adaptability to team needs.
- SDR Tab Management: Create and manage individual SDR tabs with standardised fields for prospect data, including contact details, provider info, device types, and expiry timelines.
- Data Standardisation & Quality Control: Implement dropdown menus and formatting rules to ensure consistency across disposition, sentiment, and cadence types regularly audited SDR-entered data for accuracy and completeness.
- Lead Management & Distribution: Maintain master account lists and distribute monthly lead allocations de-duplicate records across SDR tabs to prevent overlap.
- Cadence & Outreach Structuring: Organise SDR outreach workflows and cadence templates for streamlined engagement.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Automate dashboards utilising Power BI and Macros to monitor key SDR metrics (calls, emails, meetings, opportunities
