Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (35 years) in technical sales, project engineering, or construction solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and technical specifications.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driving license (often required for site/client visits).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.
  • Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations to consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, project execution) to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring technical compliance, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and technical clarifications as required.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market expansion objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards during all technical interactions.

Compensation And Benefits

  • 20,000 + 10k Allowance
  • Commission: 3% of own project, 1% to 2% if the project is close
