Sales & Partner Operations Specialist — Remote

STRATUSstaff is expanding its remote operations team and looking for people who can help turn business opportunities into organized action.

You'll work across sales support, CRM, research, partner activity, follow-ups, and coordination — helping ensure that promising opportunities don't get lost because nobody took ownership of the next step.

What you'll do

• Research prospects, companies, products, and potential partners

• Support lead qualification and opportunity management

• Maintain CRM contacts, notes, tasks, and sales activity

• Follow up on open actions and outstanding information

• Help prepare proposals, quotes, presentations, and supporting materials

• Coordinate information with partners, vendors, and team members

• Keep opportunities organized with clear next steps

• Support ongoing customer and partner relationships

• Document progress and keep the wider team informed

You could be a good fit if you have experience in

• BPO sales or operations

• Sales support

• Account management support

• Business development

• Lead generation

• CRM administration

• Customer success

• Partner or vendor coordination

• Executive or sales-focused virtual assistance

You don't need experience with every system or industry we work with.

You do need to be resourceful, commercially aware, organized, and capable of learning independently.

Strong written English, professional communication, good research skills, and reliable follow-through are important.

We want people who can start by supporting commercial activity and progressively take greater ownership of opportunities, relationships, projects, and results as they demonstrate capability.

This role can grow well beyond basic administrative support for the right person.

Engagement: Independent Contractor

Availability: Part-time to full-time depending on available work and capability
