Job role

• Strengthening partnerships with CARD MRI, operations teams, and internal stakeholders
• Supporting sales initiatives, including promo design, implementation, and monitoring
• Analyzing sales performance data and preparing reports for management decision-making
• Coordinating with field units and participating in area and field-related activities, as needed
• Assist in preparing product documentation, reports, presentations, and educational materials.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on customer needs, sales trends, and business requirements
• Provide support in field activities, product rollout, and capacity-building programs related to microinsurance insurance.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and marketing support skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented and collaborative team player
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Background in microinsurance or microfinance is an advantage
• Provide support in field activities, product rollout, and capacity-building programs related to microinsurance products
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, site visits, and area engagements as needed

Must have skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in field-based environments and traveling to different locations
• Ability to engage and coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and communities in the field
• Experience in product development, product implementation, insurance operations
• Knowledge of Microinsurance concepts

Good to have skills

• Background in traditional insurance operations, policy servicing is preferred
• Familiarity with claims processes, underwriting, or policy administration
• Experience working with cooperatives, government agencies, or microfinance partners
