ABOUT COOLKID

CoolKid is building a modern air-conditioning services company in Metro Cebu.

Our goal is simple: deliver excellent service and build one of Cebu's most trusted aircon service brands.

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate who will help us acquire customers, convert bookings, and grow the CoolKid brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Generate New Customers

• Find potential customers through Facebook groups, community pages, referrals, social media, and other local channels
• Reach out to people actively looking for aircon services
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries
• Follow up leads until they book or are no longer interested
• Help identify new ways to generate customers

Convert Leads Into Bookings

• Understand what service the customer needs
• Explain our services, pricing, and availability clearly
• Recommend the right service when needed
• Ask for the booking and help close the sale
• Coordinate schedules with the operations and technical team

Build the CoolKid Brand

• Help manage our Facebook and social media presence
• Post completed jobs, before-and-after results, customer stories, promotions, and useful aircon content
• Keep CoolKid visible in relevant Metro Cebu communities
• Help make the brand active, credible, and trustworthy

Drive Reviews, Referrals & Repeat Business

• Ask satisfied customers for Google and Facebook reviews
• Encourage customer referrals
• Follow up previous customers for future servicing
• Help run referral, rebooking, and customer engagement campaigns
• Track Results

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You'll be successful in this role if you consistently help CoolKid:

• Generate qualified customer leads
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Increase the number of aircon units serviced
• Grow referrals and repeat business
• Build stronger awareness of CoolKid across Metro Cebu

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a strong fit if you have:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a similar customer-facing role
• A go-getter mindset - you take initiative, move fast, and don't wait to be told what to do
• Confidence in talking to customers and asking for the sale; strong follow-up habits and persistence without being pushy
• Ability to create simple and engaging social media content

Bisaya fluency is strongly preferred.
