We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing operations. In this role, you will manage customer and partner communications, assist with lead nurturing, oversee affiliate program activities, coordinate marketing initiatives, and maintain accurate reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and has excellent communication skills with experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Manage the [Confidential Information] inbox through GoHighLevel.
- Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries and provide first-level sales support.
- Enroll new leads into appropriate sales sequences.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication with open leads.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on lead generation and sales performance using GoHighLevel.
CRM & Automation Management
- Manage and optimize automations within GoHighLevel.
- Ensure lead pipelines, workflows, and customer records remain accurate and up to date.
Affiliate Program Management
- Manage the [HIDDEN TEXT] inbox through GoHighLevel.
- Oversee the affiliate program using Rewardful.
- Coordinate affiliate resources, communications, and promotional materials with affiliate partners.
- Support affiliate recruitment and relationship management.
Marketing Support
- Manage the [HIDDEN TEXT] inbox through GoHighLevel.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with external marketing partners.
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and SEO metrics using SearchAtlas.
- Assist with marketing reporting and campaign coordination.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support, marketing, customer success, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably GoHighLevel.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and workflow management.
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Rewardful is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of SEO, website analytics, and digital marketing concepts.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing shared inboxes and customer communications.
- Knowledge of lead nurturing and sales funnel management.
- Familiarity with SearchAtlas or similar SEO tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.
