Job description:
A Sales Agent is typically responsible for contacting prospective customers via phone call, text, or email. Successfully convert both warm and cold leads into a sale. Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects. Convince prospect customers to use existing vouchers. Create a long lasting relationship with clients. Contribute to improving the current workflow by creating and/or modifying existing call flows and scripts to improve conversion rates.
Minimum Requirements:
- Good to excellent English both in verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- A professional and courteous disposition
- Persuasive and results-oriented

- 5 days x 9 hours per week (45 hours work-week)
- 1 hour unpaid lunch per workday
- 30 minutes paid break per workday

Requirements:
- Internet Browser:
- Google Chrome (fully updated)
- Equipment:
- Stable and Fast internet (at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed)
- Headset: USB or Bluetooth with noise-canceling mic (preferred: wired)

- Personally owned laptop / desktop:
- Processor: Intel i5 (10th gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 (4000 series or newer)
- RAM: min. 6GB
- Equipment (After Graduating from Training):
- You will be required to have a second monitor (min of 24 at 1920x1080 resolution)
- Laptop / Desktop specifications must be:
- RAM: 16GB
- Storage: SSD (at least 256GB, preferably 512GB)
What to expect (pay and training):
40 hours per week x 4.2 weeks per month x Php 55 per $
- Training Period: 2 weeks
- Nesting Period: 2 weeks
- Graduation Bonus: up to $200.00
Upon Endorsement to Operations:
- $3.50 USD per hour pay plus sales incentives ($10-$50 per sale)
