The Sales Advisor role focuses on converting qualified leads into successful customers through timely follow-ups, clear communication, CRM management, and structured sales support. Qualifications

  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Advisor, Customer Advisor, or similar sales-focused role
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas on a mid-shift schedule
  • Strong ability to convert leads, manage follow-ups, and guide prospects through the sales journey
  • Experience using CRM systems to track leads, update records, manage pipelines, and document customer interactions
  • Strong communication skills across calls, email, messaging platforms, video calls, and meetings
  • Ability to explain service options, requirements, payment steps, and next actions clearly and professionally
  • Experience supporting sales administration, documentation, payment tracking, follow-ups, or customer account updates
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet individual, team, and company targets
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in records, reports, and CRM updates
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams, support process improvements, and assist with team onboarding when needed
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and confident in handling concerns, requests, and follow-ups

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual, team, and company sales targets while following established procedures and service standards
  • Manage leads, inquiries, and new CRM entries with accurate and complete information
  • Qualify prospects, verify background details, send required information, and guide them through the sales journey
  • Conduct timely follow-ups through calls, messaging platforms, video calls, and email
  • Support requests, approvals, documentation, and payment-related steps according to internal procedures
  • Guide prospects through registration, customer onboarding, documentation, payment, and next-step completion
  • Maintain updated sales templates, trackers, forecast sheets, and CRM records
  • Upload proof of payment, required documents, customer records, and system registration details
  • Send closing communications, welcome messages, onboarding information, and next-step reminders
  • Monitor pending or in-process customers to ensure timely completion of requirements
  • Generate weekly payment-related reports and support follow-ups for missed or outstanding payments
  • Handle withdrawals, renewals, referrals, incentive-related updates, and continuation records
  • Respond to customer concerns related to documents, invoices, account access, service platforms, and support requests
  • Support events, participant confirmations, attendance tracking, application workflows, payment follow-ups, and CRM documentation
  • Log all interactions, updates, and actions accurately in the CRM and related files
