As part of our Support Team, you'll play a key role in supporting GrowthAssistant's internal Sales function. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where organization, communication, and client coordination meet growth and execution.

The Role

As a Sales Operations and Client Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our internal Sales operations.

You'll support Account Executives by managing client communications, tracking sales opportunities, preparing key documents, and ensuring a smooth client experience from first touchpoint to final handoff.

You'll also work cross-functionally with Finance, Client Success, and Operations to make sure every client engagement is well-coordinated, data-driven, and delivered with excellence.

Compensation & Perks

Salary Range: Starts at 60,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)

Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home

  • $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus

What You'll Do

  • Support Sales Operations: Join sales calls to take detailed notes, capture action items, and track follow-ups in ClickUp.
  • Prepare Sales Materials: Create and maintain sales dossiers, meeting briefs, and proposal documents tailored to each prospect.
  • Conduct Research: Perform outbound research on target clients, competitors, and market trends to inform sales strategy.
  • Maintain CRM Accuracy: Keep pipeline data and client records updated for full visibility across the Sales team.
  • Coordinate Communication: Liaise between Account Executives, Finance, and Operations to streamline handoffs and ensure timely responses.
  • Manage Tasks and Deadlines: Track deliverables and follow-ups to ensure all timelines are met.
  • Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to optimize tools, templates, and workflows to make the sales cycle more efficient.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Assistant, Client Enablement Specialist, or Account Coordinator
  • Excellent organizational, note-taking, and communication skills you love keeping things on track
  • Strong verbal communication and confidence in client-facing interactions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), project management platforms (ClickUp preferred), and Google Workspace
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and always two steps ahead of your Account Executive

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a marketing agency or professional services setting
  • Understanding of marketing workflows and client relationship management
  • Experience supporting executives in sales or client-facing environments
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting or market research techniques

Growth Path

  • Take on greater ownership of outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Contribute to sales enablement process improvements and documentation
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop client proposals and onboarding materials
