Job Description
Join Symbos and be part of a team that's redefining excellence in business process outsourcing across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji.
At Symbos, we bring together talented people, practical technology and purposeful work to help businesses deliver better customer and operational outcomes. We create connected experiences built on trust, collaboration and meaningful impact, giving our people the opportunity to learn, contribute and grow.
About The Client
Our client is an Australian supplier of sustainable foodservice packaging, offering certified compostable products made from plant-based and responsibly sourced materials. Its range supports foodservice businesses across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore that are looking to reduce their reliance on conventional single-use plastic packaging and contribute to a more circular economy.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an Order Processing Coordinator to accurately process approximately 200 to 250 customer orders each day. This is a full-time, onsite back-office role supporting the Australian, New Zealand and Singapore markets.
You will monitor incoming orders, validate customer and product information and capture accurate order details across business systems. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to remain organised and accurate during high-volume periods.
What Sets This Role Apart
This opportunity suits a detail-oriented order processing, sales support or customer operations professional who enjoys structured, high-volume work. You are comfortable navigating multiple systems, confident learning new technology and proactive about checking details or asking questions to achieve the right outcome.
Application Process
If this opportunity aligns with your experience, we would be pleased to hear from you. Apply with your updated CV and our Talent Acquisition team will review your application. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted to discuss the role, relevant experience and next steps.
