What is the job
The Sales & Administrative Assistant is responsible in supporting the Head of Sales with administrative tasks, sales collateral creation, and day-to-day operational support. This role combines organizational coordination with creative support to assist the sales team and maintain professional marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including data entry, database maintenance, and filing.
- Organize files, documents, and sales-related records.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars.
- Handle miscellaneous operational tasks as assigned.
- Create and update flyers, presentations, and sales collateral using Canva.
- Design basic promotional and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in formatting proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing documents.
- Support the sales team with document preparation and presentation materials.
- Maintain organized digital assets and templates.
- Track and update sales-related information and reports.
- Assist with CRM updates, lead management, and coordination with internal teams for sales support needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Sales Assistant, or similar support role.
- Experience in Canva and basic graphic design.
- Experience in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Must have stable employment history.
