Job Overview
The Sales Admin Support is responsible for ensuring accurate data management, record verification, and timely system updates to support smooth sales operations and reporting integrity.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate data entry, validation, and record verification
Maintain and update sales and customer information in internal systems
Ensure data consistency, completeness, and accuracy across reports
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
Support ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks as needed
At least 1 year experience in administrative, data entry, or similar support role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in MS Office or data management tools
Organized, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
