Job Overview

The Sales Admin Support is responsible for ensuring accurate data management, record verification, and timely system updates to support smooth sales operations and reporting integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry, validation, and record verification

  • Maintain and update sales and customer information in internal systems

  • Ensure data consistency, completeness, and accuracy across reports

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies

  • Support ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks as needed

Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience in administrative, data entry, or similar support role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in MS Office or data management tools

  • Organized, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
