Job Description

A Sales Admin Officer provides essential administrative and organizational support to a sales team, handling tasks like processing orders, managing customer data in Quick Books, preparing sales reports/documents, coordinating with other departments, and offering customer service, all to ensure smooth sales operations and help meet targets. Key duties involve data entry, tracking sales records, invoicing, handling customer inquiries, and supporting sales team, requiring strong organization, detail orientation, and tech skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order & Document Management: Process sales orders, generate invoices, update records, and ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases, handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide basic support.
  • Sales Support: Assist with sales team activities.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Compile sales reports and manage sales records.
  • Team Coordination: Liaise with other departments (marketing, finance, logistics) and support sales representatives with information and urgent issues.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Quick Books application.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
