Provides professional support to the service team by managing administrative tasks, preparing service and parts quotations, coordinating service schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, servicemen, and internal teams.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Marketing, Secretarial, Commerce or Equivalent
Has good oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills and work under pressure
