Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Department and implementing all processes.
  • Providing control to the sales department on processes and procedures.
  • Ensuring that sales personnel are aware of the policies in the sales department.
  • Making quotations for the inquiries of clients.
  • Assisting clients who visit the showroom for unit viewing.
  • Confirmation of Credit Advice and Authority to deliver, securing other needed documents before the release of units
  • Confirmation and approval of PDCs of clients for staggered down payment
  • Providing necessary documents for releasing units
  • Preparing Dealers documents to be submitted to banks or financing for releasing of proceeds.
  • Coordination with the banks and financing for the collection of proceeds
  • Preparing Vehicle Registration Form
  • Monitoring the inventory of units and brochures regularly.
  • Monitoring and keeping of Unit Registration and Plate Number of units.
  • Performing additional duties assigned by the supervisor if needed.
