Our organization is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant to join our team in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales team by handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing reimbursements, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing calendars
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other business-related documents
- Prepare and distribute reports, marketing materials, and internal communications as needed
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient sales operations and timely completion of tasks
- Support the sales team with ad-hoc administrative and operational requirements
- Monitor and organize documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
-Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (experience in corporate healthcare or pharma setting is a plus; fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment
