Job Description

ADMIN ASSISTANT/ FACILITY SUPPORT ASSISTANT

  • 3 MONTH RELIEVER (with possibility of absorption depending on performance and business needs)
  • Can start ASAP | Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily facility inspections and report issues or damages
  • Monitor cleanliness and condition of office areas, equipment, and utilities
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with technicians/contractors
  • Track ongoing repairs and assist in preventive maintenance
  • Maintain logs, work orders, reports, and facility records
  • Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Report hazards and assist in implementing corrective actions
  • Support housekeeping, security, and other facility-related needs

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Technical, Engineering, or Business-related course (preferred)
  • Experience in facilities or building maintenance is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
