Role Description The Sales & Accounts Training Delivery Assistant Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Makati, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for delivering and evaluating training programs for sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge, customer service skills, and effective sales techniques. Day-to-day tasks include managing a team of trainers conducting training sessions and workshops, coordinating training schedules with internal stakeholders, and monitoring training attendance and completion. The role also involves assessing performance gaps, recommending training interventions, and preparing reports and metrics to track training effectiveness and alignment with business goals. Collaboration with sales leaders, account managers, and other departments is essential to continuously improve training content and support consistent, high-quality service to Maxicare clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in expediting and working as an expeditor, with the ability to manage timelines and ensure training-related deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Strong skills in expediting and logistics management to coordinate training resources, venues, materials, and participant schedules efficiently.
  • Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and overseeing multiple training programs, tracking progress, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Inspection and quality assurance skills to review training content, observe training delivery, and ensure programs meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management training, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or service-oriented industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and simplify
