Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Accounts Specialist role based in Cebu. The Sales Accounts Specialist is responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts, ensuring that sales targets and distribution objectives are consistently met. Daily activities include visiting key accounts, presenting products, negotiating orders, and monitoring stock levels and merchandising standards. The role also involves resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for timely deliveries, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. In addition, the Sales Accounts Specialist may support trade activities, execute promotional programs, and provide basic product and sales training to trade partners as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales and account management skills, with experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing multiple customer accounts.
  • Effective communication and customer service abilities, including relationship-building, negotiation, and handling customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Experience or aptitude in training, particularly in educating customers or trade partners on products, promotions, and best practices.
  • Relevant experience in FMCG, retail, beverages, or a related industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in basic office and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with sales reports and metrics.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cebu, with fieldwork and regular client visits, and a valid local driver's license is a plus.
