MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Contribute in achieving quotas of the sales force.
- Facilitate the plans of marketing tactics and activities.
- Leasing Support & Contract Management
- Lead Generation & Sales Support.
- Facilitate the administrative office requirements for the department.
- College qualification is required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, monitor, and manage Contracts of Lease and related documentation.
- Ensure completeness of tenant requirements (SEC/DTI, TIN, IDs, permits, insurance, etc.).
- Monitor contract expiration dates, renewals, escalations, and amendments.
- Coordinate with Accounting for billing commencement and rental adjustments.
- Maintain updated digital and physical records of tenant files.
- Track rent-free periods, escalation schedules, and security deposit compliance.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate site viewings.
- Assist in proposal preparation and rate computation.
- Maintain updated database of prospects and brokers.
- Monitor and coordinate the client's concern regarding their account.
- Create and post marketing collaterals for leasing and secondary services.
- Maintain updated property photos and marketing materials.
- Conceptualize and draft the SDC Monthly Newsletter.
- Gather updates from leasing, operations, and management.
- Manage and monitor activities of SDC's social media accounts
- Assist in background checking of clients.
- Any other duties and tasks by the immediate head with regards to the department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least two (2) - three (3) years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, degree in business Administration, Marketing, or related fields are also acceptable.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Understanding of Contracts of Lease structure
- Lease monitoring (renewals, escalations, contract expiry tracking)
- CRM or lead tracking systems (Excel-based acceptable)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Newsletter drafting and content consolidation
- Layout coordination (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools)
- Social Media Management - Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram business pages
- Strong sense of urgency and with initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace
