Role Description The Sales Account Officer - South Luzon is a full-time, on-site role based in Bicol, responsible for managing and growing sales accounts within the South Luzon territory. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts, and executing channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets. The Sales Account Officer will conduct regular client visits, present product offerings, provide after-sales support, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also include monitoring market trends and competitor activities, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and participating in promotional activities or events as needed. The role requires close collaboration with sales operations and customer service teams to maintain service excellence and strengthen Kolin's brand presence in the region.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Operations and Channel Sales skills, with experience managing dealers, retailers, or regional accounts.
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Lead Generation abilities to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and convert leads into active accounts.
  • Proven track record in field sales or account management, preferably in appliances, HVAC, or related consumer electronics industries.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bicol Area and regularly travel within the South Luzon area.
  • Solid negotiation, presentation, and basic reporting skills using MS Office or similar tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
