Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role located in Manila. The Sales Officer will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify and generate leads, and manage sales operations to achieve business targets. The role includes executing channel sales strategies, delivering excellent customer service, and preparing reports on sales performance and market trends. Collaboration with teams and consistent client engagement are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify opportunities and streamline processes
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship-building
• Experience in Channel Sales and managing business-to-business partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to market trends
