What we're looking for
We're looking for a highly resourceful technical support engineer that can assist the Media Display Solutions Team on delivering above expected outcomes and is very particular in details.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Achieves financial target through sales and marketing activities
- Diligently builds a pipeline of leads across industries through cold calls and referrals
- Actively seeks for referrals from existing clients or connections
- Research and gathers enough data to know and understand the clients needs to help create a winning pitch and proposal
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services and new services
- Recommends changes in our roster or services based on market intelligence and competitive developments.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Assist in forecasting revenue, developing and sustaining a business plan to exceed the digital sales budget
- Keeps clients informed about trends and new technologies
- Works closely with MDS Technical Sales for the proposal and design solution
- Coordinates with Client to secure site visit schedules and product demonstration
- Gather necessary details and plans as needed by the MDS Technical Sales and MDS Business Solution Engineer to design a solution and come up with a proposal
- Provides mock-ups in coordination with Creatives
- Ensures timely billing and collections of closed contracts in coordination with Finance
- Works Closely with Operations Team to ensure all awarded projects are implemented well
- Monitors sales development and awarded projects
- Conducts periodic meetings with Clients
- Keep clients well informed with designed solutions and upcoming trends
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Liaise and communicate clearly the implementation and progress of projects initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Performs administrative tasks such as:
- Reimbursement and liquidation of expenses
- Preparation and facilitation of Turnover Documents
- Compilation of proposal and reports related to clients, solution designs, and sales accounts
- Preparation and submission of reports on Account Pipeline, itinerary, call sheet reports, and account information sheets as scheduled and as required by the respective departments
- Prepares, monitors and safe keeps reports needed by the client and a copy for the department
- Maintain an organize and accurate documentation systems in accordance to the companys standard procedures and process.
- To perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
