Job Summary

Seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive retail sales growth. This role focuses on regional sales strategy, field sales execution, dealer and channel sales management, and market expansion to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve retail sales, revenue, and distribution targets.
  • Lead, coach, and manage field sales teams and oversee dealer management and channel sales operations.
  • Expand and strengthen the dealer network to improve provincial and regional market coverage.
  • Drive trade marketing initiatives, sales promotions, and field activations in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasting, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts to ensure consistent sales execution.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of sales management experience in FMCG, or consumer retail sales.
  • Proven background in B2C sales, regional sales management, dealer and distribution sales.
