Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales Account Manager based on-site in Bacoor,Cavite. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying sales opportunities, and generating leads. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, managing communications, and working closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong expertise in Customer Service and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in sales or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and cloud services is a plus
