Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage assigned key accounts and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical manufacturing market
Promote and sell company products such as electrical components, panels, wiring systems, breakers, and related solutions
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations to clients
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement with customers
Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate order specifications and timely delivery
Monitor project progress from order placement to delivery and after-sales support
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Handle client concerns, complaints, and technical coordination on time
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
At least one year of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or electrical services
Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office and Google Workspace
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent sales negotiation abilities
Capable of delivering exceptional customer service and responding promptly to inquiries
Understanding of sales performance metrics
