Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our growing team in the Philippines. This role focuses on managing and growing corporate/B2B accounts within the IT hardware, AV systems, and infrastructure space.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in direct B2B sales, managing tender processes, and handling medium to large enterprise accounts, including MNCs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing corporate/B2B accounts by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within mid to large enterprises and MNCs.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, including lead generation, tender submissions, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Promote solutions across AV technologies, IT infrastructure, and workplace/tenant solutions.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to develop customized client solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance and pipeline activities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments within the IT hardware and AV space.
  • Prepare regular sales and account reports for management and represent the company at client meetings and industry events.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in IT hardware, AV solutions, or workplace/tenant services.
  • Proven experience managing corporate or MNC clients within the Philippines market.
  • Strong understanding of tender processes, RFPs, and procurement workflows.
  • Knowledge of AV systems, IT infrastructure, or workspace solutions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
