Account Manager – Client Retention & Sales (Work From Home)

We are looking for an Account Manager – Client Retention & Sales who will manage an established portfolio of clients and focus on strengthening relationships, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

This role is focused 100% on existing account management — no cold calling or prospecting required. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, understands sales strategies, and can confidently communicate value to clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and long-term partnerships.

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and provide proactive client support.

• Present event details and solutions to clients to secure continued participation.

• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-market sales, and multi-year contracts.

• Address client concerns, provide solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and account details.

• Build strong relationships that support client retention and revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3-4 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a client-facing role.

• Strong sales skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close agreements.

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales and retention goals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Stable employment history.
