Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships to support long-term business cooperation
- Understand client needs and provide professional solutions based on the companys business model and service offerings
- Follow up on project progress and coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity, and provide timely market feedback
- Support the achievement of team targets and contribute to the companys ongoing business growth
Requirements
- Strong communication, client management, and business development skills
- Previous experience in account management, business development, sales, or client service is preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and teamwork spirit
- Ability to independently manage project progress and solve client-related issues efficiently
- Interest in autonomous mobility, technology platforms, or innovative business models is preferred
- Good English communication skills are preferred
