Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by managing the assigned channel sales territory (Mindanao). This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

1.Strategic Sales Planning:

• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals.

• Analyzes market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and opportunities.

2.Stakeholder Management:

• Develop and maintains strong relationships with channel partners by understanding their needs and providing solutions.

• Ensures a smooth customer experience to build and maintain strong channel partnerships by providing tailored solutions.

3.Sales Execution:

• Track and analyze dealers performance and execute strategies to ensure they hit or exceed sales target.

• Prepares and presents sales reports during business review meeting.

• Provides insights and feedback on sales performance and market conditions.

4.Sales Operational Excellence:

• Represents the company at trade fairs, events, and industry meetings.

• Collaborates with marketing, Product Management Commercial and Consumer, and other departments to align strategies.

Requirements:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related course or any relevant field

• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT Sales

• Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office

• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Preferred:

• Results-driven, organized, and detail-oriented in managing accounts

• Professional and reliable with a strong focus on client relationships

• Self-motivated; thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Familiar with the Mindanao area

• Willing to do fieldwork
